You will face legal action if you use the H+ symbol to represent transhumanism

For years, transhumanists have used the H+ symbol to represent the transhumanist core tenet of upgrading humanity. Some of you might know about 'Humanity Plus' which is a transhumanist organization that was funded by Jeffrey Epstein. This did not come as a surprise to those familiar with the leadership of Humanity Plus - as some of its board members like Max More have openly supported pedophilia.
Well, to add to Humanity Plus' never-ending shadyness, its leadership has decided that it owns all the rights to the H+ symbol and has been threatening legal action against anyone who uses the H+ symbol. As a result, the US Transhumanist Party has stopped using the H+ symbol and is asking the public to come up with new symbols to represent transhumanism.
